This budget simulator tool is being run by the Highland Council to support and inform the development of the Council’s Budget for 2024/25.

The consequences presented in this simulator tool are indicative of the changes in services that could be required as a result of budget reductions.  They are the likely outcome and are shown for illustrative purposes.

They are intended to help us better understand the views of residents when developing budget proposals to enable us to deliver a balanced budget in 2024/25 and beyond. 

All contributions to the simulator will be anonymous although we will ask background questions to help understand responses.
